If you have any questions regarding the press registration procedures, on-site press services, media partnerships etc. the following set of Q&As may help you find the answers to your questions.

Q1How can I find out who is exhibiting?

A1You can search for exhibitors and information about their exhibits on the Exhibitor Directory.
Note: Exhibitor Directory for upcoming show will be available from approx. two months prior to the opening of the show.

Q2I would like to interview the exhibitors, how should I proceed?

A2Please contact the exhibitors directly. Appointment requests can also be made via the Exhibitor Directory.

Q3I would like to visit the show for coverage, where and how can I register as a press visitor?

A3Please register your details via "Register as Press Visitor" on the left side of this page.
Once the registration is confirmed you will receive an e-mail back from Show Management about the on-site registration procedures at the press room.
Once you have registered on-site, you will receive a press badge which will allow your entry into the show to carry out press activities.
If you have not completed your pre-registration in advance, Show Management may decline your on-site registration so please ensure to register in advance.

Q4I will be visiting the show for coverage with a number of colleagues, what are the registration procedures for a group?

A4A "Press Registration" is required per journalist/reporter so please register every journalist/reporter in advance via "Register as Press Visitor" on the left side of this page.

Q5Will I need to register at the press room on each of the show dates?

A5Once you have registered at the press room and received your press badge, you will be granted access to all the exhibitions and events for the full show duration.

Q6I am interested in interviewing the show organiser for my article, how can I arrange a meeting?

A6Please contact the PR representatives of the show.

Q7Will the floor map be ready to view before the show?

A7It will be available online around 2 weeks prior to the opening of the show.

Q8I would like to attend the Technical Conference for coverage, how and where can I register
for the sessions?

A8Before attending the conference sessions, you will need to complete your on-site press registration at the press room. Once you have completed your registration and received your badge, please proceed to the session venue. You will need to present your press badge and submit a business card at each session you will be attending.

Q9Does Show Management provide VISA support for press visitors?

A9Show Management does not support VISAs for press visitors. Please refer to the "Guide to Japanese Visas" on the website of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

Please note that the necessity of a visa varies by nationality of the visitors. For particular details, please contact your nearest Japanese diplomatic mission directly.

Q10I have already registered via "Press Registration" but would like to make some changes to the submitted information. How can I make the relevant changes?

A10Please e-mail the PR representatives of the show and clearly state the information you would like to change.

Q11I would like to take some photographs and film the show, will I need to register for this
seperately?

A11Upon on-site registration at the press room, please collect an arm band from the receptionist and wear it at all time when carrying out any photography or filming. If you would like to takes a bird's eye view photo or video of the show ground, please contact the PR representatives of the show in advance.

Q12Where is the show located?

Q13Are there any hotels near the venue?

A13Yes. Visit the following hotel information website for details. (Please note that almost all the hotels near the show venue are expected to be fully booked around the show dates. Show Managment recommend press visitors to book their accomodation for the show in advance.) Reservations for hotels can be made online.

Q14Are there any restaurants or places to buy food and drinks?

Q15Is there free Wi-Fi available at the show?

A15Free Wi-Fi will be available at the press room and at the overseas lounge. Please ask for the ID and Password at the press room.

Q16Where are the smoking areas and coin lockers located?

Q17How can we distribute our magazines, newspapers at the show venue?

Q18I will be writing an article about the show and need the figures, official show title,
and photographs. Where can I find them?
